👋👋👋 Hi, my name is Elena [or Olena] and over the last 15 years, I’ve worked in tech companies of various sizes and stages, including Miro, Microsoft, and LEGO. It’s been an incredible journey, and I’ve learned a lot along the way. Over the past two years, I’ve been working with startups and scaleups to share this knowledge and help them succeed.

Here’s how I support founders in Product and Growth:

1. Product Painted Picture

I help founders bring clarity and structure to their product direction by working with their teams to tackle critical questions such as:

  • How can we align the product roadmap with business priorities?

  • What does winning look like in our market?

  • What bold moves does the team need to make to succeed?

  • How can we establish processes that provide clarity on goal setting for the team?

Through workshops and collaborative sessions, we develop a Product Painted Picture —a clear, actionable framework that aligns your team. This process ensures your product team can make confident, informed decisions, with clear goals and a focused roadmap that directly drives your startup’s growth.

2. PLG (Product-Led Growth) Framework

I help startups develop strategies for scaling product usage by driving user acquisition, retention, and monetization through the product. This includes:

  • Acquiring and activating new users.

  • Boosting daily and weekly engagement.

  • Cultivating product champions to drive bottom-up adoption and word-of-mouth.

The goal is to create a self-sustaining product growth engine that propels your company forward.

3. Vision Revision

Sometimes, misalignment on vision can hold back Product and Growth efforts. I facilitate Vision Revision Workshops for leadership teams, starting with core values and operating principles, and then revisiting the company’s vision statement. This ensures everyone is aligned and working towards a shared, inspiring direction.
